I've made these for breakfast 5 out of the last 7 mornings and I keep forgetting to take a picture - so I'll post that later.
These really are good and so good for you.
2 Cups Rolled Oats
4 Egg Whites
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Applesauce
*Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and spread make mini oatcakes (pancake style) in your skillet that you sprayed with cooking oil already. Cook over medium heat and flip. Top with more applesauce or fresh fruit and enjoy.
