New Kettlebell Fitness Challenge





Life in the Dub Lane is hosting an exciting new fitness challenge- that I cant wait to start. I love being fit and healthy and trying new workout routines, so what better way than with a challenge. For eight weeks starting September 5th. I will be working out to Kettlebody By Brook - 6 days a week for thirty minutes a day. I've tried so many other workout DVD's but had zero results - mainly because I could not stay committed. They required one hour or more a day. I don't know about you but I don't have that kind of time at home everyday. But 30 minutes - I can do.
As for me - I don't feel like I really need to lose a ton of weight 5-10lbs would be nice, but if I could stay my weight now and just tone up or build muscle that would be great! So stay tuned to see some pictures and hopefully some fantastic results.

About the Workout Series:



This 3-DVD, 6 day/week program is intended to transform your body in 8-weeks.


Each DVD is approx. 30 minutes in length.


Equipment Needed:
GoFit 10LB Contoured Kettlebell with Bob Harper DVD (MODEL: 10lb)


The only equipment you'll need is one kettle bell and a yoga mat {or the carpet in your living room}. I recommend using the Contoured Kettlebells from Target, made by Go-Fit. They are much more comfortable and "contour" to your wrists... very important. If you have never used a kettle-bell before, please only purchase a 10lb kettle bell. It will give you the workout that you need. Trust me!
