Week 3 of Kettlebell Fitness Challenge

So I didn't lose any weight this week but more importantly for me I lose ONE INCH on my waist!!! This is definitely my problem area so I'm very excited!!

BASIC INFORMATION:

My Goal Weight: 120

Kettlebell Weight {7lb or 10lb}: I'm Using a 10lb Kettlebell

HEIGHT: 5'6"

WEIGHT:

Start Weight: 128
Current Weight: 125.4

MEASUREMENTS {inches}:

Start Waist: 29
Current Waist:28

Start Thighs: Left: 19", Right: 19"
Current Thighs: ----- Same

Start Arms: Left: 11", Right: 11"
Current Arms: -----Same

FOOD:
Current Eating Habits: Staying healthy this week, even though it was PMS week.... Favorite food this week: For Breakfast I made grapefruit brulee - delicious.

  1. Congrats on a 3lb loss AND an inch from the waist!!! That's awesome. Way to go! I have a couple recipes I'm going to send you; i made them both and they were absolutely delicious.
