FOOD:

Current Eating Habits: Using www.myfitnesspal.com like crazy this week. Keeping track and staying away from sugar still.


Favorite Healthy Recipe This Week {Meal, Snack, Smoothie)

My favorite this week was Homemade Oatmeal Muffins . (I will post pics and recipe soon)
