I did not officially lose any pounds this week - but I feel like things are shifting.. lol
My waist is down 1/2 inch, weight stayed the same, I know I've said this before but I feel like I am getting stronger. I've decided to get a 15lb Kettlebell to start using for some of the workouts. I believe with the five pound difference I'll start to experience a more significant change in my muscles with more toning.
It's hard to believe there's only two weeks left in the fitness challenge. I can honestly say I have noticed more change in the past six weeks than I can say I've noticed in the past year of working out.
I've continued to eat healthy and use my fitness pal everyday - I know that makes a huge difference.
Wish me luck with only two weeks to go I still have four more pounds to drop to make my goal weight.
