Week 5 of Kettlebell Fitness-Progress

This was a great week for my workouts, completed them all without feeling like I was going to pass out. :)
Not a lot of differences between weeks four and five, but I can tell I'm getting stronger - which means healthier too. Monday was also my last day to workout at the Gym. My membership was up and I could either continue or cancel it. Since I've been working out more at home the past month I felt it was time to cancel. Besides I've been seeing more results from working out at home and using my fitness pal the past five weeks than I did with a year at the gym. Maybe it's just the accountability I have with all the girls in The Fitness Challenge. Either way it's working.

Current Eating Habits: Lots of protein shakes this week - mostly plain ol Vanilla or vanilla with a dash of cinnamon
