Kettlebody By Brook Fitness Challenge - Exciting News

Well it's a kind of bittersweet posting, the end of the eight week Dub Lane Kettlebell Fitness Challenge.
Before 128.6 lbs after 123 lbs. Lost 5.6 lbs Gained a new outlook on my health!

After eight body changing weeks I managed to be the winner of the Kettlebell Fitness Challenge!!!
I received the news today that I was chosen by Brook Benten herself. What an honor that I am so grateful for. Before I go on and tell you my fitness testimony I want to say thank you to Erin at Life in the Dub Lane for hosting this fitness challenge and giving me the opportunity to change my entire body.
So, when I first started this program I only wanted to lose a few pounds and tone my body. Little did I know it would change my whole outlook on my health and fitness.
I lost over five pounds, almost two inches off my waist (which in my book is a miracle) and really toned my arms and legs like never before and best of all gained self confidence. Five pounds might not sound like a lot to some of you, but to me those last five pounds were the hardest.

Thanks to Kettlebody by Brook I now am at a much higher fitness level. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, energetic workout with great results in little time.

Now - I did not get these results with working out alone. I used My Fitness Pal everyday to journal my food intake and also made some great recipes I got from Brook's website - .

I really hope that some how my changes can inspire you to make a change in your life. God gave us the bodies to do wonderful things with so without our health what can we do?

PS - I will continue my kettlebell journey with Brook's Butts and Guts workout (Starts Monday)! I'll keep you posted.

  2. I know this is a year later, but what were your final inches lost on thighs? I wish you posted your final measurements lost! You look like you really toned up!

  3. I am due with my first baby in one week and I was reviewing Kettlebells as a way to lose the weight after my little man is born. I know this post is a few years old but this was definitely the inspiration I was looking for. Thank you!
