Celebrating Maggie's 3rd Birthday - Strawberry Shortcake

I just wanted to share with you my daughters 3rd Birthday Party. To say we had fun would be putting it mildly.
I was going to go with only a few friends and family since we had the party at our house, but I instead we decided to invite 10 of her "closest" friends (yes they are all close).
First, she wanted a Strawberry Shortcake party... so cute.
I went with a Lemon Meringue doll cake and Strawberry Shortcake cupcakes. (I'll post the recipe later)

Maggie and Daddy  (so cute together)
It was such a great day full of joy, love and celebrating our baby girls third birthday. I feel so blessed to have such a great husband, son, daughter, friends and family. God is amazingly awesome!

Also, thanks to Pinterest I was able to come up with some great ideas for the party like these individual ice creams in cupcake liners (much easier than scooping the ice cream out while everyone waits in line)... and the easy peasy cupcake stands.

And last but not least our family picture (all of the family that attended the Party)

 Thanks for looking!

  1. Aww that looks like a cute party! So far I have all boys, so my parties are things like Bob the Builder, firemen, and karate. :)

I've seen the ice cream thing on pinterest too and intend to do it at our next party! GENIUS!

(You must be in Blogelina's current class, I am too and I saw your link in the Class Members section so I came by to say hi!) :)
