PB2 Smoothie

Have you heard of this stuff called PB2
Chocolate PB2 and Regular PB2

It's a powdered peanut butter, but with nearly 85% less fat calories and only 1.5g of Fat per serving. Compare that to regular "natural peanut butter".

 PB2 is made with high quality peanuts that are slow-roasted and pressed to remove the oil. All natural with no artificial flavors,sweeteners, or preservatives.
 I bought mine at a local health food store but you can order online Here and it's a little cheaper.

I think this stuff is awesome, so I started making smoothies with it. Today's smoothie is called the Chocolate Banana PB2!

I used the following:

2 Tablespoons of Chocolate PB2
1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
1 handful of raw spinach leaves
1 frozen banana
1 cup skim milk
Blend and enjoy!

Pure deliciousness to enjoy after a hard workout!
